It takes a group of believers willing to serve to be the Body of Christ called His church.  Come and be a service partner in one of these important ministries.

The upkeep of the buildings and surrounding grounds is important so people can use these facilities.  This ministry is responsible for all facilities within the grounds of the church and report all maintenance items are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
The Children's Ministry (TCM) is for children from 0 to 3 years (nursery) and kindergarten to 5th grade.  Special bible studies and fun activities are presented to the children in an age-appropriate manner.

Communicating within the church and outside into the community is important.  This ministry achieves this goal through this website and printed material.

This small group ministry allows people to connect with others forming lasting relationships as they learn and grow deeper in their Christian walk.

Biblical education is important for all members of the Body of Christ.  This ministry provides opportunities for people to expand their biblical knowledge and enrich their spiritual growth.  Some of the activities include AWANA, Sunday school, children's church, bible studies, and vacation bible school.

This ministry ensures that all monies entrusted to the church are handled with wisdom and integrity according to scripture.

Scripture tells us that all members form the Body of Christ with each of us contributing our talents and gifts in the service to the Lord.  This ministry will help each new or current member integrate these talents and gifts into other ministries or activities within the church.

This ministry serves as liaison between members and the other ministries; helping with food/assistance for families at the time of a birth, illness, or death; help plan special events such as weddings, Rally Day, Thanksgiving fellowship, etc.; work closely with the women's ministry to support various projects; and help with employment opportunities or financial gifts to students interested in Christ in Youth (CIY) and SALteens (Singing and Living Truth), a program of music and drama presented by Dallas Christian College.

To fulfill the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20, the Missions Ministry reaches out into the world to help spread the Word of God.  Some of the missions they support are:  Colegio Biblico, Dallas Christian College, H.O.T.E.A, Indian Village Evangelism, Mt. Zion Christian Camp, and San Antonio Youth for Christ.

The Operations Ministry keeps the congregation informed through the Sunday bulletin, newsletters, attendance, cookie patrol (for visitors), and general records of members and guests.

It is important to reach out into the community to spread the Gospel and meets the needs of our community.  This ministry investigates the surrounding community so they can meet these goals.

Overcomers Outreach is a fellowship of men and women who have been affected either directly or indirectly by the abuse of any mood altering chemical or compulsive behavior. We believe that as we look to a loving God for help, and put into practice those principles for living which He has given in His Word, we shall find both the strength and freedom we need to live productive and happy lives. We strongly believe that our “higher power” is Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. We welcome anyone who has a desire to stay clean and sober, who has a desire to rise above the pain and turmoil engendered by the addiction of a loved one, who wishes to break the bondage of compulsive behavior, who is not opposed to our general method of recovery.

This fellowship is made of our special members who bring wise advice and years of experience to the younger members of our church.

Reaching out to those in need is an important part of the Christian life.  Under the Bridge Ministry feeds and ministers to the homeless in San Antonio.

A Spanish service is available on Sundays at 11:15 am for people more comfortable in their native language.  This service includes music and an enlightening sermon.  A Thursday night Bible study is also available.

"Catch on fire with enthusiasm and people will come for miles to watch you burn" (John Wesley)
Nicknamed _burn Ministries, this group is to REACH nonchurched students, CONNECT them with other Christians, to help them GROW in their faith, and LOVE and HONOR God with their lives.  With a health and safe, God-focused and Christ-centered student ministry, they learn to build relationships with each other and God, participate in missions trips, go to camp, perform drama skits, attend rallies, Christ in Youth (CIY) and SALteens (Singing and Living Truth), a program of music and drama presented by Dallas Christian College, etc.

This ministry is involved in all facets of the service to bring a spiritual and meaningful experience to those attending.  This includes music, communion, baptisms, multimedia, drama, and other services.
